The Carburetor Exchange supplies quality remanufactured carburetors and throttle bodies to our customers directly from our manufacturing facility. We supply carburetors and throttle bodies for Cars, Trucks and Boats. We handle both Foreign and Domestic automotive manufacturers. We provide units for Ford, Chevy, Dodge, GMC, Cadillac, Buick, Chrysler, Plymouth, Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Lincoln, Mercury, Jeep, International, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Suzuki, Subaru, Isuzu and Volkswagen. The carburetor brands that we remanufacture include Rochester, Holley, Carter, Motorcraft, Weber, Aisan, Hitachi, Mikuni-Solex, Honda and Zenith carburetors. We have an extensive inventory of cores, so the chances are great that we have the carburetor you need. If we do not have the core you need, we will locate it or rebuild your current carburetor or throttle body.

Rebuild & Return Service

If we do not have a core in stock, we can remanufacture your carburetor or throttle body. If you have a Classic or Antique carburetor and want to maintain the original integrity of your vehicle or you have an Industrial application we can remanufacture your core. All carburetors processed through our Rebuild and Return Service are remanufactured to our same high quality standards and are processed through our standard remanufacturing process.

Remanufacturing Process

We remanufacture our carburetors and throttle bodies to the highest quality standards and stand behind our products with a Lifetime Warranty. Every carburetor is engine tested and adjusted by a master technician before it is shipped.

Our process includes the complete disassembly of the carburetor, chemical cleaning, bead blasting of the castings and rebushing of the throttle shafts. The carburetor is then reassembled by a certified technician using all new parts including chokes, choke pull offs, floats, needles, o-rings, gaskets and electronic components including Mixture Control Solenoids and Throttle Position Sensors (TPS) .
