Carburetor cores are the basis of our business. We use the carburetor cores to service our next customer. In order to maintain our inventory of carburetor cores, we ask that you return your carburetor core within 30 days of purchase or pay in advance for it's replacement.

We make it easy to return your core. We ask that you return your carburetor core in the box in which we shipped the new unit using the same packaging material to prevent shipping damage. Include a copy of your original invoice inside the box for easy identification. Send it back using whatever shipping method you wish.

Credit Card Orders

The typical order is placed using a credit card. When payment is made using a credit card, NO CORE DEPOSITis required. You are on the "Honor System" to return your carburetor core within 30 days from the date of purchase. At 30 days, customers that have not returned their carburetor core will be assessed a carburetor core charge that will be processed to their credit card. No refunds will be processed for carburetor cores returned after 30 days. The same policy applies to throttle bodies.

COD

COD customers are required to make a core deposit at the time of order. The deposit is refundable when the core is returned within 30 days from the date of order. A check will be mailed when the core is received within 30 days. No refunds will be processed for the cores returned after 30 days.

Core Requirements

The following conditions must be met to receive core credit:

  • Carburetor/Throttle Body Cores must be rebuildable and free of broken parts.
  • Carburetor/Throttle Body Cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Carburetor/Throttle Body Cores must be packaged to avoid shipping damage.
  • Carburetor/Throttle Body Cores must be complete with no missing parts.
  • Carburetor/Throttle Body Cores must be exact core sold.

The following are not acceptable:

  • Carburetor/Throttle Body Cores from a salvage yard or with water damage.
  • Carburetor/Throttle Body Cores with frozen bases or choke assemblies.
  • Carburetor/Throttle Body Cores with cracked castings.
  • Carburetor/Throttle Body Cores that are disassembled.
  • Carburetor/Throttle Body Cores with stripped fuel inlets.
